These Terms govern your use of the WhisperK app (“the App”) provided by Cobra Magic (“we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to them.
WhisperK is an entertainment / mentalism tool for performers. It lets a performer record and deliver audio (or extracted text) to an assistant for use in a magic performance.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful entertainment purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or share access with others.
You must be 18+. You agree to use the App only in compliance with all applicable laws, including laws governing the recording of audio and the privacy of others. You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required before recording any person. You must not use the App for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or to deceive anyone for unlawful gain.
Access is unlocked either by (a) redeeming an access code or (b) a one-time in-app purchase ($99) processed by the Apple App Store / Google Play via RevenueCat. All purchases are subject to the applicable app store’s terms. Refunds are handled by the app store under its policies; we do not separately process refunds for store purchases. The unlock is for the purchasing account / device as described in the App.
You are responsible for your account, your email, and activity under it. Keep your access code and login confidential.
Don’t misuse the App, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate the rights of others.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any particular performance result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for your unlawful use of the App. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the App in violation of these Terms or of any law (including recording-consent laws).
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or unlawful use.
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
