Who the App is for

WhisperK is intended for adult performers for stage and close-up entertainment. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to make the App work:

• Email address — to create your account and connect a performer with their assistant.
• Audio recordings — when a performer chooses to record and send a message, the audio (and, in script mode, a text transcript of it) is delivered to the performer’s chosen assistant account.
• Device identifier — a random ID stored on your device to recognize it for licensing.
• Purchase status — whether the one-time unlock was purchased (via the app store / RevenueCat) or a redeemed access code.
• Push notification token — to alert the assistant when a message arrives.
• Usage / diagnostic data — basic technical data needed to run the service.

How we use it

To provide the core feature (deliver a performer’s audio/text to their assistant), to authenticate you, to manage licensing and purchases, to send notifications, and to maintain and secure the service.

Microphone & recordings — important

The App records audio only when the performer actively starts it. Recordings are delivered to the assistant account the performer designates. The performer is solely responsible for using the App lawfully, including obtaining any consent required by the laws of their jurisdiction before recording any person. We provide a tool for entertainment and do not monitor content.

Service providers we share data with

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Storage, Cloud Messaging) — hosting of accounts, recordings, and notifications.
• RevenueCat and Apple App Store / Google Play — to process and validate the one-time purchase.
• Cobra Magic licensing service (cmx-ops) — to validate access codes.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention & deletion

Recordings and account data are kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated recordings by contacting us at team@cobramagic.com. Store purchases are handled by Apple/Google.

Security

We use industry-standard providers (Google Firebase) and encrypted connections. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR/CCPA) you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Contact team@cobramagic.com.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change.
